This song is so great and so is the movie!
There's a feeling that I can't describe whenever I listen to this song. I really love this part 'and If I ever need you, you'll be there in the end'
You can play with capo on 4th and play Am-Em and so forth if you can't play C#m-G#m.
Intro: E-D-A-E
Bm
Remember we'd always see
A
The end as the enemy
E B
Now we know it isn't so
Bm
I've started to realize
A
You've been giving me good advice
E B
About where we go
A B E
And if I ever need you
B A B
you'll be there, In the end
E D
Like a miracle, a miracle
A
Maybe when we leave it's a rise
E

E D
Is it possible, it seems so real?
A
I'm sure that I can see the stars
E
in your eyes
Bm
When there's mortal fragility
A
And beautiful ability
E B
There must be a reason
Bm A
To why we all survive and
E
feel this alive
E
Can it be that we all have a key to
B
this universe?
A B E B
I'm searching for a way to reach
A B
that height, A way to fly
E D
Like a miracle, a miracle
A
Maybe when we leave it's a rise
E
and not a fall
E D
Is it possible, it seems so real?
A
I'm sure that I can see the stars
E
in your eyes
C#m G#m
Even as I know
A
To trust and let it go
E
I still fight it, fight it
C#m G#m
And now I am alone
A
A feeling in my bones
E B
I have no defense against this love
E D
For it's a miracle, a miracle
A
Maybe when we leave it's a rise
E
and not a fall
E D
Is it possible, it seems so real?
A
I'm sure that I can see the stars

It's incredible, so beautiful
A E
The purpose of this love for it shines
Outro:
E-D-A-E (2x)
*Notes: You can play G#m on the bridge (Even as I know/Now I am alone) or just skip it as I listened again, no G#m was played but I used to play G#m. So it's all up to you ;)*

I watched this movie twice the other day. I'm so thankful that I let the credits roll. This is one of the most beautiful songs. The movie and song touched my heart so deeply. Music is my everything. I started piano lessons at 8 and played drums in middle school. I think I was the first female drummer there in 1971. I sang in bands and acoustic gigs at 20. I loved singing so much. I sang with anyone. I picked up harmonies instantly. A promoter heard me at an acoustic gig. I met with him in NYC. He gave me an off broadway play soundtrack and asked me to record 2 songs acapella. I had self esteem issues and no one supported me. My family didn't even listen. I blew it off!! The promoter called me so many times. I was working 2 jobs and partying/singing every night. I had my 65th birthday on the 20th. I can no longer sing due to vocal chord and voice box scarring from GERD. It's such a huge loss, it's unexplainable. Anyone out there wanting to be involved in music GO FOR IT. I wish I started singing sooner.
